We
do take reservations for parties of 6 or more Sunday – Thursday.
Closed Mondays.
Friday and Saturday are a first-come, first-serve basis. We do offer
call ahead seating every night for parties of any size at any time.

Call-ahead is a service we have employed at Silo's for over
five years. It works very efficiently, and is available every night.
It works like this: Call ahead at 4:00 pm and we will put your name on the wait list.
Call-ahead will lessen, and often eliminate, your wait here
at the restaurant. Feel free to ask about the length of the wait
time. Our host person will give you an accurate seating time approximation.
We strongly suggest that you use our "call-ahead" service.
Our
"regulars" have used it for years, with great success!
Please note two points:
- Call-ahead is not a reservation. (Please see Reservation Policy)
- Call-ahead times are educated approximations made by our host staff. We are very good at this, with
all our practice!
We will always see that you are seated quickly regardless of when you choose
to dine with us.
